Rugby tournament management

Give organisers, volunteers and visiting teams a calmer tournament day.

Keep entries, team details, volunteer roles, the schedule and results with the event. Your organisers can see what still needs attention, while visiting teams find their programme, announcements and game conversations together.

From entry to final result

Four phases, one event your volunteers can follow

Keep each handover clear, so information gathered before the day is still useful when teams arrive and results start coming in.

  1. 1

    Open entries

Give clubs one page for their place, contact, deposit and balance. Your organiser sees who is ready and who needs a personal nudge.

  2. 2

    Get teams ready

Collect squads, consents and the info each club needs before the gate gets busy. Existing squad sheets can become a list for your organiser to check.

  3. 3

    Run the day

Give volunteers their roles, keep every team on the current schedule and share confirmed results without carrying paper around the ground.

  4. 4

    Finish and reuse

Publish the final standings, reconcile the entry money and keep the useful setup as the starting point for next year.

Relief for the people running it

Spend less of the day chasing lists and repeating directions

Give organisers a view of the gaps, volunteers a clear job and visiting teams the same current information.

See what needs a decision

Bring unpaid balances, incomplete squads, unsigned consents and unfilled roles into one organiser view, with the routine items out of the way.

Give every volunteer a clear part of the day

A referee, pitch coordinator or first-aid lead sees the briefing, place and times for their job without learning the whole event plan.

Build a day teams can actually keep

See rest, pitch and referee clashes while there is time to fix them, then give clubs and volunteers one current schedule.

Make one change, then get back to hosting

Move a kick-off or pitch once and let the affected teams, officials and volunteers see the new plan without a walk around the ground.

For visiting teams

Find the next game without asking a volunteer

Players, coaches and parents can check the plan themselves between games. App users can receive changes on their phone; everyone else can open the current programme from a link, with no club move or new membership required.

  • Next match, pitch and walking time in one view
  • Schedule changes and delays shown against the game
  • A ground map for first aid, food, parking and facilities
  • A browser link for anyone who does not use the Ruckr app
Visiting players’ details

Collect what the day needs, then remove it

Ask for an emergency contact, event consent and only the medical declaration your lead needs. Medical details stay with the named medical lead and are removed when the event closes. Guest records are deleted after 30 days by default; a guardian completes the consent for an under-18.

When your club travels

Keep the squad together from the first poll to the final whistle

Poll the squad before entering, then keep the place, deposit, travel plan and team group with the tournament. Game comments open the same conversation from the schedule or Social & comms. Visiting teams can join event groups for announcements and afters, while families at home follow the results.
