Records kept in the UK
Your club owns its records and can export them. Membership and medical records are stored in the UK. Photos and video are stored in the EU with Cloudflare, and sign-in accounts are held by Google.
Sensitive details kept separate
Coaches can see whether somebody is available without seeing a diagnosis. Welfare information stays with the people responsible for member care.
People stay in control
Members choose what appears publicly. Officers see what their club role allows, and communications are reviewed by a person before they are sent.
