This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party scripts. The font is served with the site.
Onboarding requests and supporter updates
When you request club onboarding, we use your name, email address, club name, role, approximate member and team counts, current setup and first priority to confirm your request, prepare the first conversation and follow up about the 2027/28 season. If you request supporter updates, we use your email address to confirm that request and to send those updates. We record which request you made and when you made it, with the launch season attached to club onboarding requests.
SendGrid processes these onboarding details and transactional emails for Ruckr. We do not sell them or use onboarding requests to sign you up for a newsletter. If a submission cannot be received, the form tells you so.
Member and medical records
This website does not collect your club’s membership or medical records. When clubs run on Ruckr, the club is the controller and Ruckr is the processor, and a data processing agreement ships with the product. Medical, next-of-kin and concussion records are not part of this public website.
Club record storage
Ruckr’s membership and medical records are stored in the UK. Photos and video are stored in the EU with Cloudflare. Sign-in accounts are held by Google’s Firebase Authentication. Website contact requests are handled separately through SendGrid.
