Questions

Things treasurers ask

Is there a free plan?

No. There’s a free trial that runs until your season starts, or 60 days, whichever is later, with no card needed. Coaches, visiting players and supporters are free as people. The club is the customer.

Why one plan?

Because clubs shouldn’t have to guess which features they’ll need in March. Every band has the whole product. You pay by the size of your club, and the only extras are the ones you use: Club Plus if you film matches, storage past 250 GB, and tournaments with more than eight teams on the Small band.

What is Club Plus?

The one package on top of the plan: full-match video. Stream in from an XbotGo, a Veo, OBS or a phone, or upload afterwards, and the clips cut themselves from the match events, with reels, overlays and review linked to next week’s session. It’s £15 a month or £150 a year on any band, with 250 GB included.

What counts as a playing member?

A person with an active playing or general membership: players and registered adult members. Guardians, supporters, guests and alumni don’t count. We count once a month. You move down a band as soon as your numbers fall, and up only after two months in a row over the band.

Is VAT included?

Yes. The price on this page is what your club pays.

How do we pay?

By default the subscription comes out of your payouts, so there’s no invoice to chase. Clubs that don’t take payments through Ruckr pay by card or Direct Debit. Yearly is ten months for twelve, paid up front, and can be lined up with the start of your season.

Can our members pay by Klarna?

If your club switches it on for a product. Klarna costs an extra 6% on that payment, and the club pays it, never the member.

Do visiting clubs pay to enter our tournament?

They pay your entry fee. They never pay Ruckr to take part, and their players get the app or a no-install link for free.

Which cameras work with Ruckr?

Any camera that streams or saves a file. Stream in from an XbotGo Chameleon or Falcon, a Veo where streaming is enabled, OBS or anything that speaks RTMP, using the ingest link Ruckr gives each fixture. Or upload afterwards from XbotGo cloud, a Veo export, a GoPro or your camera roll and mark kick-off once.

What happens if we stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Everything stays readable and exportable for 90 days, then moves to archive under your retention policy with an export offered first. Welfare, safeguarding and emergency tools keep working for the people in your club. Payments already set up keep collecting for 30 days so subs aren’t interrupted.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly, leave any time. Yearly is refunded pro rata if you leave early.

Do you show adverts?

No. The only sponsors on your site, in your app and on your boards are your own, in the places your club chooses. Welfare and medical screens never carry sponsors.

Who owns our data?

Your club. Ruckr is the processor and your club is the controller, with a data-processing agreement, retention schedules, subject access exports and an audit log built in. You can export everything at any time.

Introductory pricing for the 2027/28 season. Prices include VAT and may change before launch. Ruckr is not VAT registered at launch.

Club onboarding

Bring your club across for 2027/28

Share a quick club snapshot and Ruckr will follow up about assisted onboarding. Your records come across from Spond, Pitchero, Teamer or a spreadsheet, and your officers get a walk through Command.
